- 1 banana
- 1 C vanilla yogurt
- 1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
- 1 C spinach leaves
- 1 C kale
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1 bunch chervil (or mint)
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Add a splash of water.
- Puree until smooth consistency is reached.
- Serve chilled.
