    Because of the amazing response to my last post, I thought you might appreciate another post on healthy baking! I came across this recipe today and am dying to get home and try it! I think I may substitute the quinoa for oat flour, as my local supermarkets don’t stoke many exciting gluten free flours.
    It’s super easy to make oat flour – just blits up some porridge oats in a food processor and hey-presto you’ve got it!
