- 3 Tablespoons organic raw apple cider vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons apple cider
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 Tablespoons raw honey
- 1 Teaspoon raw honey
- 1 Teaspoon minced shallot
- 1/4 cup canola or blended oil
- 1 Tablespoon Himalayan pink salt
Place vinegar, cider, mustard, honey, thyme and shallot in a bowl. Slowly whisk in oil until emulsified. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
