Three Ingredient Sweet Potato Pizza Crust


  • 1 medium sweet potato, peeled
  • ⅔ cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • a pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
