Six more weeks of winter? I’m ready for Spring! Shake up your winter weeknight with a recipe that is ready for warmer days. Serve these Hawaiian BBQ Quesadillas atop a whole grain tortilla or turn it into a pizza with cauliflower crust. Yum! Happy Cooking and Enjoy!

Hawaiian BBQ Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • Pineapple tidbits, halved
  • Red onion, sliced
  • Cilantro, roughly chopped
  • BBQ sauce
  • Shredded dairy-free cheese (I use a 3 cheese blend)
  • Tortillas
