INGREDIENTS
1 celery rib
3-4 “ section of European cucumber
½ peeled lemon
1 large handful of spinach
4 tangerines, peeled
1-2 Tbs. fresh ginger root
¾ c. water
20 green grapes
2 Tbs. mint
Optional: 2 TBS. chia seed
DIRECTIONS
